We're introducing our 2023-2024 Youth Advisory Boa We're introducing our 2023-2024 Youth Advisory Board! Meet Tooba Dawood, the environmentalist and education advocate who’s making a global impact! Born northwest of the Jhelum River in Pakistan, Tooba’s love for nature, biodiversity and lived experiences inspired her to create accessible education on a global scale. Her climate project, which won Youth Challenge International’s 2022 Pitch Night, has catapulted her into the forefront of education-focused projects that tackle the SDGs, climate action and quality education.
With a Certified Associate in Project Management license and 10+ years of experience in youth leadership, Tooba continues to collaborate with organizations and individuals worldwide, helping to break barriers to education. As Director of Strategic Planning for the Baronet Foundation, Global Youth Ambassador with Theirworld Org, SDG Mentor with the United Nations Association of Canada, and an Ocean Bridge Ambassador with Ocean Wise, Tooba is making a real difference for youth in Canada and beyond.
Tooba is also passionate about mentoring youth and empowering them with the leadership and project management skills necessary for success, as evidenced by her work with various youth-focused organizations. Join Tooba on her mission to empower youth through education and create a brighter future for generations to come!
